At Boletic, we are committed to providing high-quality activewear that supports your active lifestyle. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to make the return process as smooth as possible. Please review our return policy below:

Return Eligibility:

• Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.

• All items must be in new, unworn, unwashed condition with the original tags still attached.

• Items purchased as part of a sale or clearance are not eligible for return, except in cases where the item is defective.

• Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required for all returns.

How to Initiate a Return:

1. To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service team at info@boletic-activewear.com with your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return.

2. Once approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and further instructions.

3. Pack the item(s) securely and include the RAN in the package. Returns without a RAN you may experience processing delays.

4. Ship your return to the address provided in the return instructions. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective item or an error on our part.

Refunds:

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days of our receipt and inspection of the returned item(s).

• Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges:

• We offer free exchanges for items of the same style in a different size or color, subject to availability.

• To initiate an exchange, follow the same steps as a return, and let our Customer Service team know the desired size/color.

• Exchanges will be processed once the original item has been received and inspected.

Defective or Incorrect Items:

• If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping costs.
